COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bei Motion Systems 01484-1003-002-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bimba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bently-Nevada parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Berkeley-Process-Control product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bimba such as the PT196180 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 330012012000 manufactured by Bently-Nevada and we are pleased to be able to service most Bently-Nevada systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 171877 by Manufacturer Berkeley-Process-Control as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics Brand BRESDFMBCHCRT1A0CFECESDBLU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bently-Nevada such as 723010104010101 equipment made by Bently-Nevada have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bently-Nevada products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bently-Nevada" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B250AFRB24SR made by Belimo as well as the popular BIPC30004008 original spares produced by Benshaw Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0605B by Beijer-Exter and 723010104010101 spares by Bently-Nevada are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IR145Y423 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bender. |
